I'm want to build a site for a nonprofit what is better for a domain name

philadelphia meditation or meditation philadelphia ?

like philadelphiameditation.com or the other way around, I don't want "in" in the domain.

    The difference for SEO purposes (if any) is negligible.

    For memorability... philadelphiameditation.com is better.

    Maybe you should consider other names. It might be confusing and not good for branding of the non-profit since both names already have .org domains.
