you can use jetpack stats for this purpose.

I agree jetpack stats are really helpful in that regard. Otherwise you can even use other options but you'll have to pay for them highly

Firstly, you can accurately track impressions by using Google Analytics. Aside from this, you can also get help from other platforms such as Googles Doubleclicks for Advertisers--its actually one of the most popular ad servers for marketers out there.
