Affiliate marketing, where to start

So i need a push to the right direction, so i could actually start doing stuff rather than just gathering info by reading various forums.

My plan is to start a community page based around a niche (most likely facebook page). Then i would invest about 100$ for adverts towards this page. And when i have grown around 5k-10k people on the page, I would start marketing products (teespring, click-bank.)

So my questions that i would like some opinions on is:

1, Is this kind of plan viable?
2, Is 100$ enough to start these kinds of things rolling?
3, What is the time frames of these kind of projects? Like if i were to make a page about a dog/cat/horse/unicorn breed and my marketing would be great, how long would it take to reach 10k audience?

    Yes people have succeeded with the same plan you have in mind.

    But I suggest going a little further and use your fan page to drive traffic towards building up an email list, or blog.

    Just so you're building your own assets that you have full control over.

    With Facebook ads you can get started with as little as 5$/Day.

    As far as time frame that all depends on your skill level. How well is your copy writing, how good are you at optimizing your ad campaigns, do you have enough money to scale when you need to? Etc...

    You get your hands on practice and learn new knowledge, then know what to do. Go from easy to difficult to know where you have talent and making money fast.

    Allow me to grant you a simple process, from start to finish :

    1. Identify a topic full of hungry buyers
    2. Find Affiliate Products to Pomote
    3. Setup a squeeze page
    4. Drive traffic to your squeeze page
    5. Send emails and make more money.

    In my opinion Internet Marketing works only when you have own good developed web site with good traffic and related to the niche. Only in this case that worth to start it.

      Not the only way. It's prudent and can only help your Online business but having a Website is NOT mandatory for Success

    2 suggestions:

    - Post some good content at least 2-3 times a day to your page. Only this way will people remember your page as something worth paying attention to

    - Make sure you give people the right offers, don't just feed them any kind of affiliate offers. Right audience + right offers= money

    What do I mean by "right offers"?

    Not every offer is for every public. It's not even enough to give offers which are related to the niche the targeted public belongs to. You will make significant money only if you really try to understand what your targeted people really want. For example people who are interested in cars, some of them will respond to any kind of car related offers of course, but if you really want to make money then you need to offer them car related stuff that they really, really want. There is always something that is on their mind at this very moment...target that..always try to find out what they're really, really into at this very time! if you mange to do this you will make money in any niche...trust me. If you offer people something they really like - they will buy. If you push your things that you want to sell without thinking about what they really want - you'll make some money here and there, but you will never make 100k or 300k. Think about it...

    If you can run a successful squeeze page and have a huge list of prospective buyers than you are very much likely to succeed..

    Although, most people I know haven't have much success with FB mainly because the traffic is not highly targeted. FB works for a few market.

    I will suggest you look into other avenue of traffic generation like solo ads, forums, YouTube, SEO, Adword and Instagram.

    A combination of these done well could earn you a six figure over time.

    Yeah well im starting to get convinced in just finding a niche and making a product review with keywords towards people who actually are in the process of finding and buying.

    Would like to amazone affiliate, because i want to sell physical products and i believe they have tons of them. Hard thing is that you actually need a website before going into viewing the affiliate products on amazone (registering)
