BrainStorming Help: Marketing to REALTOR's

I could really use a fresh pair of eyes. We'll hundred's of eyes.

I have some great products that I sell to Real Estate Professionals. I've been in business for 8 years and I'm well ranked in Google and other search engines.

I need another way to reach agents. I've tried direct mail, but the response is low and it's expensive. I've tried advertising and that was just throwing my money away. I've tried to get to speak at offices but most won't allow that.

I'd love some thoughts on new ways to ethically reach this group of people.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

My hat is off to you for being successful in that niche.

I have a number of friends that are very successful realtor's
and they tell me they are bombarded by people trying
      to sell them something.

One of them told me that when he is in the office if he talked
to every call he got from a salesperson he would never
      get any work done.

      So congratulations.

I've been selling to them off and on for years now.... Actually, speaking at offices has been one of the most productive methods. I'm surprised you're not getting in with that approach.
What are you offering them? That method has been the mainstay of a lot of mortgage brokers for years. It also pays to feed them, as I'm sure you know! :-)

Like you I had the worst results with direct mail, which also surprised me.

The market in most of the US has been battered pretty bad, so many lack the optimism needed to invest in future earnings. Just heard one big name RE trainer claim that 50% of licensees have left the field in the last 2 years.

I'm interested in what others have done as well.

That is my understanding as well. Mortgage brokers, appraisers, realtors are all dropping out for lack of income. When houses don't sell, there is no pay check.

I'm a realtor in addition to fooling around with website promotions. If you really want to put time and effort into it and can charge enough and have a compelling product, I'd really suggest going to conventions and getting a booth. Conventions are when realtors are looking for new products to integrate into their practice.

I've lost 90 pounds(160+ overall) fasting since January 2016 after failing for years on diets that just made me sick and miserable. Check out Prudently.com where I'm writing about fasting and weight loss. Get a Brandable Domain Name at Name Perfection.

You can try social networking in facebook and twitter to get new costumers ethically.
