E-Lance or Freelancer ( the later no to sure if they just do articles ) or just Google what you want and see what pops up

I know I can hire app developer at upwork
My question is what are the cons to hire a developer using outsourcing?
So far I read about difference of working hours and challenge with understanding people from other countries.
I am trying to understand if there are more reason for not doing it

    Hey there!

A lot of freelancing websites are available for you to choose from, like Upwork or Freelancer. You could hire a person from those sites and provide them with the direction you want to take regarding your book app. When it comes to price, it would depend on the difficulty of the project and since this involves creation of an app, prepare yourself to hire a team of freelancers to complete the task. That is if you want different chunks of it outsourced to make it easier.
