I need a quick help.

What is the best software for creating High PR web 2.0 and submitting to article directories?.

I have a site on page 3 that i will love to take to page 1 but sadly i dont have too much to purchase high pr and some other seo services. What is the best software that i can use to create web 2.0 and article directories account and submit to them?

I have tried ultimate demon and FCSnetworker but they performed below expectation.

    Using software will turn you to google penalty, Do them manually and Junk links never increase SEO, and if do that your rank will dropped soon. So work legally and make money extremely. Don't do use of software.

    In the old days SE NUke was good but now I would not waste my time doing that sort of stuff... go back to the old methods of IM and SEO and you will achieve way way way more than wasting your time trying to game the system

    i think you should do it manually by yourself, Google can catch you easily and can detect such spammy links do not use any software. Backlinks which are automatically generated they will get your website penalized in days.
    Stay away from all the backlinks that can be generated by bots, such as comments, forum posts
