Help regarding Facebook Ads

I am planning an online consulting business which is targeting those who are selling stuff online via Facebook Pages.

I want to know whether there's a way to target people those who are Admins of Pages in certain niche?

    Well, I don't think you can get so specific. However, one way to hit your prospect is to target those FB pages that admins are more likely to visit. For example, someone with an online store would have surely liked shopify.
    Similarly, he might have liked courier services pages. He might also be following gurus that preach FB ads specifically.

    You can gather your prospect's interests by doing this simple exercise. Set up a pixel too and you are way to go!
