Anthony Hayes Rip Off Merchant with Backlink Commando?

Hi Everyone, Just wanted to ask I have recently bought Backlink Commando from anthony hayes for $97, literally going to use it and now there and now it does not work and cannot use any of the features.

I have tried messaging him on Facebook and sending emails to his websites and opening tickets but apparently about a month after I buy it nothing works, has anyone else experienced this with the Backlink Commando Program or does anyone have a way of contacting him on here?

Thank you for your help

I haven't heard of Backlink Commando and I don't know Anthony Hayes; BUT

If you've been trying to reach him for a month or so through the contact methods listed in his site just to report a defective product, though he / his staff hasn't replied to any of your messages, THEN:

Speaking for myself -- I would've most likely filed a dispute and escalated it already to a claim (if you used PayPal) or filed a chargeback (if you used your card) say two to three weeks ago ...

Nothing personal. Just business. You could've used that money for other things, which could've possibly given you some sort of result that you wanted at that time ...

P.S. Were you able to test the product through some sort of trial before you bought it?

I have been through the channels he advises on the internet also opened tickets for his company with different products they promote, I am finding this is not the first time he lacks replying, or the one hundredth time, its more.

I will go back to Paypal in order to claim the money back, its not a big amount of money but the thing does not even function, and it is still on sale lol.

Just a word of caution for all who might be thinking of investing in this.

    thank you for your input.

    1) Initially, file a complaint with the platform you purchased it (Clickbank, WarriorForum, etc) and provide full details.
    2) Assuming Step 1 doesn't work, which it should, then file a dispute with PayPal, your bank, or credit card, depending on which account was charged.

If you paid through Paypal you can file a disputed charge with them. I had to do that once. They were extremely helpful and I got my money back rather quickly. Good Luck
