What's Wrong With My Site? Can I Get A Review/Makeover Plz?

I launched a new site this month I worked on it , got backlinks and it's ranking well for many Keywords, few traffic is coming right now but I think this will be changed soon..
The problem is, I'm not sure about the offer, the structure of the site...
The bounce rate is very high, most of the visitors stay only for few seconds and move away, the optin rate is very low...
I didn't receive the volume of traffic that make these findings absolute, may be I shall wait for sometime.. but I myself feel the site could be better,..
I need a review from savvy marketers, for my offer and site, and a makeover for the website if it's necessary, to make the efforts I put in the site pays off
