What niche I need?

Hi guys,

I would like to build a site with paid traffic, adwords.
But I have no idea what content in the site. I want high ticket, no software.
Would you guys give me a few ideas? It would be appreciated if let me look at some examples.

    with Google’s Keyword Tool. This is a free tool that allows you to find out both local and global search volumes
    for certain keywords, related keywords, as well as the competitiveness of those keywords, too. Find keywords that
    pull in an absolute minimum of 1,000 global searches a month . You’ll also want to be sure that they are not overly competitive, too.

    well there are alot of niches!! but you need to go deeper than the niche itself! because a niche is very broad! go to a subniche! and get alot of commissions!

    Well, no matter what niche or market you end up going into you need a solid


    foundation and system that will work. You will then choose one niche dominate that


    and then move onto five niches and dominate that!


    Keep it simple, work hard and you will win!

    If you want to work with adwords, well, you can have a blog where you can put those adwords to work. Considering that, think about an interesting niche which you think you can work on a regular basis. With blogs, you need to write from time to time, so be sure you choose a niche you are interested in. Also, you have to consider the marketability of that niche since you want to get profits from it.

    Blogging is one of the best ways to promote your website online! By writing a blog for your website, you give a reason for visitors to keep returning to your site and keep up to date with your latest posts. It also helps search engines to crawl your site more frequently, as they have to update your latest blog post entries, which ultimately helps you rank higher in search engine results pages (SERPs).

    You need to produce and include lots of unique content for your blog, such as; Infographics, Top Lists, How To's Tutorials, Viral Videos, etc. Try to remember to be clear and concise in what you are trying to convey to your readers within your blog posts, don't waffle.

    To help you promote your blog, submit it to niche blog directories and blog search engines. If you're not very good at writing content for your blog, then you could always hire a guest blogger for your blog and ask him/her to write precise and unique content so that your blog can gain more credit from a search engine point of view.

    No matter which model you will be using, list building is a common element in them all if you want a greater chance at success. I am not just saying this because other people are saying it.

    I actually do it and make money.

    Selling higher ticket items can work but it will take more of a personal touch. Maybe even a phone call or a discussion on Skype to really close the sale. A blog could help with this because a prospect will get a better feel for you.

    If I first come across a web site and someone is selling a course for $800 I would be pretty reluctant because I don't know anything about this person or their credibility, integrity and ability.

    On the flip side of the coin, I might be willing to part with $8 for a product that offers a quick solution to my problem. That is what gets the ball rolling.

    These smaller sales will help pay for advertising.

    Once you gain their trust and build a better relationship, you can then start introducing higher priced products as an affiliate.

    Choose a niche that you know something about and that you have some kind of story/journey in. For example you might be renovating a property. That way you will never run out of ideas for articles/videos to post.
