Intro video at top of landing page
Hi Everyone,
What are your thoughts on having intro videos at the top of home pages?
I sell a CD/book product on personal development, and my website is gearing towards the single-page, long sales-letter style. I'm assuming it's much preferred to give visitors only one option, grab attention at headline and draw them into the copy.
Would an intro video just be more distracting and give too many options?
Or would it help and make the site and product more appealing?
I personally like when sites have videos, but I can't assume that's the same for everyone.
