What Tasks Do You Outsource The Most?

Keyword research, article submission and site promotion/backlink building. If I'm really short on time, I'll send out my graphics work too, although I do love playing around with that stuff

Anything that takes time away from profits gets outsourced, and although I am a programmer there are others that are faster and have time to go down rabbit holes I don't want to be bothered with.

So for me, I in-source writing and keyword research, but absolutely outsource programming, article submissions, anything related to design...and cooking on occasion.

  Usually depends on what type of content I want written. If it's a new article, I'll ask my writer to come up with the ideas, I just tell him what type of article I want. If it's something I've already written, I'll ask him to look it over and re-write it.
  
  Then there are times when I get the article back, I think of a better idea, then I'll ask him to include that as well. Or replace it with one that he had.

  Mostly tasks that are done to increase traffic and to optimize site in SE. It is a great idea to outsource so that you can still tackle on some more important tasks that needs your personal hands on.

I outsource article writing and Data Entry, because I have 100 articles to be posted in my wordpress site every month with specific details. For article, I outsource articles for my adsense blogs and article to be submitted in article directory.

Sometimes I also outsource dofollow commenting because it take LOTS of time to write each comments and wait until they approved.

However, for another SEO purpose like submitting articles article directory, spinning, promote sites in my other blogs (some are dummy blogs), I do it myself. Because I don't overdo getting backlinks, I don't invest lots of time for build backlinks. Maybe once a month or one two month I dedicate 7 days to build backlinks. So far, the result is so good, I love building backlink process especially when I get desired result I always want

Articles, and then more articles. I don't like writing about the same thing 100 different ways. Not that creative. I can't figure out how people can do that.
