This is a quick reminder for everyone.

ALWAYS HAVE BACKUPS

Now say that to yourself again and again.

I feel that this is a factor some times overlooked by others. This is vital in case of an emergency. You always want to have a backup of all your important files. ALWAYS.

I'm sure you don't want your business to go bye bye in an instant

Now I tell this because I have been reminded the hard way. My PC was crashed by a virus and I had to format my drives. Its a good thing my most important stuff is in a different partition but I did lose a few stuff.

Maybe investing in an external hard disk would be good. Im looking to buy one my self.

    Regarding backups, also back up your emails you save on your
    computer. Most will only backup their programs, software and/or
    docs, product files but some totally forget to back up their emails
    often assuming they are always at hand with their email provider
    but sometimes they can have problems and lose your emails.

    So backup everything and I mean everything important to you
    to an external harddrive
