Best membership and project management plugin?

Greetings,

Hope you and your family are well. I hope I can pick your brains.

Can you please share a plugin that can help us on this?

We are building a site where our target users are:

1. Project owners
2. Investors

A project owner would register first on the wordpress site. Then he can put and add the details of his project himself. So after registering, he could access to the backend.

In the backend project owners should only be able to upload / post / their project on via a form. Project should have a name, a description, a country info, a video (if any), a pic or plan if any, the investment needed.

Then any investor who is interested on the project, should register (paid registration) first so he/she can saw the complete details of the project and also can message the project owner. The investor and the project owner could then negotiate.

There will be an investment categories for the investors. There will be project categoris for the project owners.

I was thinking if theres a wordpress plugin that is both a membership and project management at the same.

Your input will be highly appreciated.
