I have a single product website which I need more traffic to

Hi Guys,

I have a single product wordpress website, and have had around 200 orders in the first 10 weeks, its doing quite well. (300 total products sold)

My traffic has been coming from facebook post sharing to groups, and from google adwords.

Im quite familiar with facebook auto posters, but am not very knowledgeable when it comes to driving traffic from any other source really, and not had much luck with facebook ads.

I psychically hold the stock of the product I sell.

Is there any way of me offering some kind of affiliate thing anywhere, where someone gets a percentage of all the sales I make or something, meaning they do the leg work a bit more in driving sales?

Thanks.

Yes, there are a number of affiliate scripts you can install on your site. Just google for "affiliate script" most have been established for 10 years or so and have been constantly updated to make sure they are secure from any kind of click fraud or security issues.

Once configured, you can then reach out to like minded people using linkedin. Use the linkedin 1 month free business plan and get to work on making as many connections as you can.

Then pitch them your product via direct message on linkedin.

    Hi:

You could offer your product on Amazon also and get it exposed to millions of potential customers. Amazon also offers FBA -fulfilled by Amazon in which case they will take care of shipping your product also. They of course charge for the FBA service, but it could help boost sales.
Your sales may go up, but your profit per product may go do depending on how much they charge.

    Good luck,

Yes I totally agree with what he is saying. If your product is a physical product then it makes total sense to sell it on Amazon. They have huge buyer traffic. Almost half of all people who are looking to make an online purchase go there first thing!

If your product is there Amazon will make sure they find it and then take care of all customer service. Seems like a no-brainer to me.

If you are looking to keep your website as the main source for product delivery, you have a couple options for affiliate programs:

    JVZoo, E-Junkie, ClickBank, WarriorPlus, etc.
Post your product on these affiliate websites. Their site will manage the affiliate processing, transactions, etc. but all the sales pitch and information is still done from your website.

    Install WP Plugin
You could install your own affiliate plugin on your site. Here is one of my favorites:

    https://affiliatewp.com/

This way you pay no additional service fees for having another company manage your affiliates. However, you have to manage individual affiliates, make payments, process refunds, etc.

    Mailing List
Find someone who has a large email list. Ask them if you can promote your product to their list. They may charge you a flat fee for each mailing or could propose a percentage of the sales.

    Good Luck!

If you are going to create your own affiliate program, it would be better to hire a programmer who knows how to do this for you instead of you trying to figure things out yourself.

Creating an affiliate program with a Wordpress website is fairly straightforward, you don't need a programmer. You install the plugin, add the products, configure it for your payment gateway (PayPal, Authorize.net, etc.), produce an affiliate information and registration page (included with the plugin), then manage your affiliate payments.

        Thanks for this information...

when you say 'manage' do you mean the plugin tells me how much i owe to each affiliate and then i have to physically get into my paypal and send them the money

or does the plugin do that for me?

        Thanks again,
