I agree with this whole heartedly. However, I personally have a hard time managing my time. Though this is something I am certainly working on, I still have my days when sitting on the sofa and "doing it tomorrow" sounds appealing. I know there is no Glory with no Guts so I am working on fixing this "human lazy" habit that I have.

It´s so easy to get distracted working online.I have solved the problem by having a simple marketing schedule that I follow.

You need to have a plan and finite goals each and every week. For example, I am currently working an internet marketing plan that requires me to create a minimum of two websites per week, complete. That must be done, without a shadow of a doubt. If that gets done, then I know I'm using my time properly. Make sense? Have a plan and be accountable to that plan.

First you need an overall goal for your business, what it is your trying to accomplish. Without this you will have no idea how to get from point "A" to point "B"

Then you need systems for your time and tasks allowance. You can use software or old school paper and pen.
