How much traffic do you get from warrior forum signature?

Hey Guys,

Just a quick question for you if you have time.

How much traffic do you get from your warrior forum signature each day/week? (also how much time do you spend on the forums each day/month to get that?)

I appreciate the input!

M

I just started posting recently. A few people came over and a couple bought my initial offer.

A lot. i will probably post a thread about acquiring traffic from forums and blog comments.

    You have to provide VALUE.

The more value - the more targeted traffic.

    Also try WSO
    and Classified Ads.

Negligible, but that doesn't always equate to being unproductive or ineffective !

I have made it a point to answer at least 10 posts a day here.

I get around 5-15 visitors a day through the signature.

Never rely on ONE place to market your business.

Have multiple streams of traffic that CONVERTS for you and you will do well.

talfighel is definitely correct. You do not want all your eggs in one basket. If that basket goes away then you have nothing. If you have multiple streams and one dries up you have other ways to drink so to speak. I suggest getting traffic from several social sources, FB, Twitter, Pinterest, blogging, paid traffic, Youtube traffic. Engage everywhere and cross use the methods. As an example you can post your Youtube video to Pinterest to increase your exposure on both sites with one move. You can snowball several methods together and create unstoppable levels of targeted traffic.

I made a few sales when I had a WSO type product in my .sig. Now I use it to get some traction on my projects... the .sig is good for getting some initial interest in a site.

Yep, it can be decent for building a smaller, but fairly responsive List

It totally depends on the nature of the ad.

"Make money" type ads get more clicks, then valuable tools.

The real problem with IM forums these days is they're not scalable. They are shrinking communities with very little new blood coming in. If I run an ad or put something new in my sig. for the first two weeks I will get decent clicks and make a few sales. Then the traffic drops to a trickle. Replace it with something new and the same thing happens again.

It's just the same people over and over.

My current sig. gets two or three clicks per day.

I haven't gotten a single one since someone got P.O.'d at me and reported my sig, then the mod that reviewed it couldn't tell the difference between a plain Amazon link (to my Kindle book) and an affiliate link and deleted it.

Maybe the fact that I haven't replaced my sig might tell you something, though...
