Looking for Advice on Licensing a Product
Does anyone have personal experience with licensing a product?
I have a digital product that I want to license to a local business - and then would expand to similar businesses (in other locations).
Looking for information on positioning, what I might ask ($), what rights they would be buying, what I would provide them, etc. Since I'm not sure what the answers will be... I may not be covering all the questions.
They've asked to see me (my product) so it's a solid lead and I want to make the decision as much of a no-brainer for them as possible.
