Since when is Alexa a paid service?
I just went to Alexa to check the rank of a website, and discovered there is no longer a free way to look up a site's rank. Either that or I couldn't find it.
Sure, there's a 7-day free trial for each of their plans, but you can't see anything unless you sign up.
And the "cheapest" plan for $9.95 (or was it $9.99?) offers pretty much what used to be accessible for free.
When has that changed? And is there still a way to check out a site's Alexa rank for free?
If not, is there a good alternative?
