PLR Cliprt?

I have a membership site for digital scrapbooking and I'm looking to add a library of clipart that people can download and use. Since it's a paid membership site (and even if it wasn't) I don't believe I could take some of the free clipart and just post it up there. I believe it needs to have PLR or some sort of resell rights.

So does anyone know where I can get PLR clipart?

    I'm not sure but you can maybe try searching public domain clipart, you will need to check if they have any restrictions but I believe most public domain clipart is ok for commercial use.
