Has anyone used a Warrior For Hire to outsource work?

Have an old client that needs some work done and I wanted to work with an warrior for hire to get it done. I'm sure it can be done, but my question is how do you go about the proces as the middle man and would recommendations do you have so everything goes smooth. If this project goes well I may offer the service to more customers I already have . I really like doing the work myself and when I tried to outsource in the past I always ended up having to redo everything myself.

I got some articles written once, they were pretty good.

I got a niche website made, that was a disaster as the guy basically took my money then never got round to finishing the site. Thankfully PayPal refunded me.

Always seek work samples and read all the feedback in the thread (particularly the latest comments).

If you like doing it yourself and are successful at it, then why not keep doing it yourself.

What if your client does not like this outsourced work. You will have paid for it and will have to refund your client and eat the loss.

Warriors For Hire is a great place to find fellow Warriors providing their services. All you need to do is check the post thoroughly, follow if theres any website of the vendor and if needed discuss further over mails or skype. If you setup an arrangement with the vendor about you being a middleman for your client jobs, they will surely keep a markup for you.
I get orders for website and graphics job from many fellow warriors from this hire section. Its always much better working with the members than from Freelance sites.

Let me know if I can be of any help.

I believe that you would have to explain your middle-man status clearly to your outsourcers, as well as the working scope, responsibility to the tasks and satisfaction guarantee you want from them. Some people think that being a middle-man is an easy job by forwarding the risk to the outsourcers. I'm sure you know the better way to approach your next outsourcers... and yes, it's not quite easy to find your mutual & supportive workers (speaking of the same result expectation as you want). I think it's a matter of good communication.
