To do this you're going to have to run a Windows operating system on your Mac, which is fully possible, but man it clogs it up.

I believe it is not an issue on the newer macs, but it has caused some recent macs to run slower and not as efficiently. It can be time consuming and expensive. Thats why I always looks for Mac alternatives and never look to run windows stuff on Macs.

One alternative is using Boot Camp to boot into windows, but you'll need a windows license and need to install windows using Boot Camp. Boot Camp should come with your mac.

Personally, I recommend and use VMWare which will run windows in a virtual machine while running your mac. It allows me access to the windows enviroment as well as still having access to features of the mac.

Use VMWare Fusion. I use it to run Vista and it runs quite okay.

Parallels is a really useful application. It allows you to run a full Windows environment on your Apple Mac. I use it daily

What would the ideal specs be for a 13" macbook pro to run windows very comfortably?
