Any resources on YouTube Video Ad Creation?

Hello,

I am looking for resources on the best way(s) to create the most impactful ads for YouTube. I've seen a ton of products which guide you on all the ways to create YouTube traffic, however, I'm specifically looking for ways to BUY traffic on others' videos.

This is a head scratcher for me because I find myself just about entirely physically incapable of NOT clicking the skip button and / or muting the audio on some ads. So, my thinking is if they hooked me hard at first, they might get me to listen and watch.

Any guidance and examples of great YouTube paid ads is much appreciated.

    I know you skip through the ads but people do watch and click through those ads. I hear this about banner ads that "no one would ever click on a banner ad!" but if you create a clever banner ad I guaranty you people will be clicking it.

    I create videos and publish them to my channel. My channel has about 20 videos - they are all tutorials in my niche to help establish authority and expertise.

    I pay for placement of those videos so when someone does a keyword search it will get preferntial treatment.

    My channel and the videos reference my domain and link to my optin page.

    I look at ads all the time and see who the big players are - I've noticed these guys advertisting on PPC for years - they seem to have a solid approach:
