Outsourcing can be expensive. If you have more money than time, you can go this route. There are a lot of ways to do these things yourself. SEO maybe a little harder to learn, but almost every webhost has templates you can use to design your own site. There are lots of directions to go. Some will suggest CPA, dropshipping, affiliate marketing or creating your own product. I would find something you love and do that

I have a feeling if you were to outsource everything to them, you would pay a fortune and likely not end up with the desired results. You would likely still need to provide her the content and overall strategy.

3. which/where is the best way to start? Identifying what business you are most interested to do in the Internet. It's not just about making money online. It's also about your willingness to persevere and be patient in the business you are doing.

First thing to keep in mind is that Earning money is not easy. And there's no hard and fast rule for it. You need to sell your web development talent, and you need to figure out business idea to do so.if you haven't created a single website till date and are still looking for your first client? That's a catchy situation. Nobody is going to trust your talent with ease . I said earlier You got to sell yourself. This is business.

So, approach anyone for your first job. Your family member, any small business nearby. Anyone. Do the task for them for free. Make 2 or 3 such websites. Give your best to it. then you will be ready for this business .

In order to out source the work to her, you will have to sell a company on hiring you to do the work and then outsource it to her. If you don't know anything about what they are doing, how are you going to sell it?

Also, how are their prices in relationship to where you will get customers? Assuming you can sell it, you would have to sell it at a higher price than you will have to pay to have the work done.

I think she got everything apart from more clients. You can be a third party driving clients to her and workout how you can profit on top of her charges. You can also become her affiliate and sort out how you'll be compensated in terms of percentage per client. You can start from there until you'll know the drill and how everything works so can also build your own business like her someday.

Why don't you talk to that person and begin a relationship?

Can you sell? Make an arrangement with her. I bring in leads, you pay me $x.

Can't sell? She might want an assistant. Ask her.

Do not outsource. When you outsource, she's responsible to you; you're responsible to whoever hired you. If she fails, you still need to produce the product/service/result you were hired to produce. Since you do not know to do any of the stuff she does, how are you going to deliver.

Dude, if you're going to make money with her, you have to talk to her. Talking to her gets a relationship started. If you can show her you can help her in some way, you might be able to convince her to work with you. But you have to drop the attitude.

The best way to monetize is to outsource all services offered by your friend. Make some attractive banners on services you want to monetize and start posting forums. Get your friend's help for creating banners and answering questions asked by people. Satisfy them with your answers and help them with any small services like fixing a wordpress issue etc.. without any cost and in return get a testimonial or ask them to promote your services etc..

It appears that there is nothing that I can say or do that will mollify you, but at the risk of wasting part of my Saturday morning, I will make every attempt to answer all of your questions as nicely and honestly as possible. I'm sure you still won't be happy with anything that I have to say, but at least I will prove my point that it is you and not I with the problem. Were now back to the question of, "How can anyone but the woman herself, answer this for you?" Think about it. Do any of us know her? Know how she runs her business? Know if she is looking to bring anyone else on? Who on the planet, other than her, can intelligently answer this question? The correct answer is no one and if you couldn't figure that out without me telling you - there is no hope for you. That is NOT snark. Thats a fact.

There is no best way to make money on line. All of us have different interest, skill sets, knowledge and lifestyle considerations. Many people will tell you that affiliate marketing is a good way to start. It may be for some. Its not something that I would ever consider, but I have my own strengths and weaknesses and it would NOT be good for me. Additionally, I have absolutely no interest in it as it doesn't appeal to me on any level. Im not denigrating it, but simply saying for me the answer is, "No." Although many people will tell you that you should just jump right into it, what the hell do they no about you? If your goal is simply to make money, there are hundreds of directions that you could jump in to. Would you succeed? Would you be happy? Would you be wasting valuable time? No one knows. The best way to get an answer to something is to just try it. That said, its the ONLY way to answer your question. Anyone who tells you that affiliate marketing is the best way to make money on line is talking about their life and interest. NOT YOURS!!!

To just start. Many folks will tell you that you should find a mentor. Personally, I think thats ridiculous but many others will consider me ridiculous for saying that. Are you starting to see how this all works? What we think is based on personal preference and has nothing to do with your life. If you are the type of person that cant do anything without following someone else's lead - trust me, there are many people here that are anxious to tell you what to do with your life. It allows them to feel good about themselves. Listen to them if you need to. I cant make that decision for you.

From what I have read in your post, I don't feel that you have the maturity to work with others and that you are far from discovering your career path. You are more interested in bashing people for giving you answers that you need to hear, rather than want you want to hear.

Personally, I'm done with you. If I truly believed that you were intelligent, serious, committed and appreciative, I'd attempt to teach you anything you need to know, but I really don't think you have it in you.
