Advice for building Lead Gen affiliate network

It really comes down to if there is any room for you to make money.

If there are any similar offers and affiliates are getting paid $25 and you are only selling them for $25, then you have a problem. You need to find out what other offers are paying out and how much you can possibly make. You need to be competitive if you want good affiliates.

How well your offer converts in comparison to other offers is also extremely important. If your offer converts better then you have an advantage, if it converts worse then you have a problem. Obviously, no one is going to know this at first, but if they test offers and find something that returns a better ROI, they will start running it. If they are already running similar offer and test your offer, it needs to perform at least as good. Ideally better.

How are you going to handle returns? No one likes returns, so you ideally need to factor this in and a payout so the affiliate doesn't have to eat them.

How much volume can you handle? Affiliates aren't going to want to run an offer that keeps getting paused because you can't handle the volume.

Can you pay weekly? No super affiliate is going to let you sit on their money if another advertiser is paying weekly.
