I can't believe there isn't a video somewhere that shows HOW to do this...I'm stumped & have been Googling all day...still can't find any sort of a "how to" on this.

I created an opt-in box with a simple graphic using Frontpage. Now, I need to get the dang thing on my blog! Obviously, a simple "copy & paste" into the widget section isn't going to work.

Anyone know where I can find a tutorial on how to get a graphical optin box uploaded & functioning on a blog? I use the self-hosted Wordpress.org

I know, newbie html question...but I'd like to understand how to do this myself so I don't have to wait 2 days for opt-in boxes from my graphics person.
