Creating an info- product and need advice on how to continue with writing

Dear fellow warriors,

Without giving away too much information, today I have started writing my first ever e-book on how the use of a special natural product can be beneficial for your health. I made a mindmap for this e-book using the "personal brain"- software and have also made a detailed writing plan. Looking at the situation right now, I think I will be able to achieve a nice e-book of a maximum of abt. 15 pages, simply because I think there is not more to say on this topic. I want to sell it through Clickbank and my own salespage. Price will be around USD 4. I have some questions for you guys and girls:

1 - Do you think 15 pages is too little and what price would you sell it for? I have no idea on pricing....
2 - I want people to proof- read my e-book when it is finished but how can I be sure my idea will not be stolen by others, or worse, others will start selling my e-book?
3 - Are there any people willing to proof- read my e-book when it is completed?

cheers and thanks

While there can be many reasons for using a
low price on certain products, $4 will be too
low for listing it on Clickbank for a variety of
reasons. Clickbank has some suggestions here...
    Pricing Your Product

There have been many reports for 15 pages
or less that have cost much more than $4
(it is really just related to the perceived value
of the information you are providing).

I'm sure there will be plenty of folks here on
the WF that will give you a review in exchange
    for a free copy.

    Best of success,
    Brian

There's always more to say on a topic. Since your topic is Health, you can add a section on creating a Healthy Lifestyle. That would cover exercise, staying active, staying hydrated, keeping a positive mind state, getting motivated, avoiding artificial additives, etc.

If you are going for Clickbank, I would lengthen the report and maybe add a Camtasia video. As Brian says, you want to price your product high enough to attract affiliates.

    Hope this helps,

    What's next after the ebook?

To be honest, this sounds like a free report to me. Maybe a $7 report. But a list builder none the less. So, what else can you offer your list after this report?

    But, I'd forget about Clickbank.

    OR...

Add some supplemental information (videos, audios, workbook, checklists, etc.) and price it accordingly.

Is what you have to say about the subject really worth $4? Why would anyone bother with information that's worth so little? Is $4 worth of info really going to improve my life?

I don't mean to be a downer, but if the information will actually HELP people and IMPROVE their lives, don't you think they'd be willing to pay decent money for that info? I would!

It may not be in the same category, but look at this post about ebooks that are selling for very high prices -- including a 39-page report for $995. http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...k-2-995-a.html

    Good luck!
