I Need A Virtual Assisstant

Hey Warriors,

I'm looking for a VA, which I've hired in the past off of Elance (who was great) but since there's such a great community here, I thought I'd see if you could recommend anybody before I go post a job there.

Starting in late October I'll be headed on a multi-year backpacking trip. During that time (and up until then) I will need a VA that I can trust to be my point of contact for clients. I will be available only a couple of times a week.

That means I'm going to need detailed (yet concise) reports of what the clients have said, what needs to be done, who the new leads are, and so on and so forth.

I'm also hoping to have an individual who can do the occasional article writing, as well as take care of personal issues that may arise. That could be anywhere from ordering things for me, paying bills, all sorts of things.

So as you can see, I need someone that I can trust. I believe that someone here on the forums can provide that, or someone can be highly recommended for it.

The job would be starting within the next two weeks.

I'm looking forward to meeting someone that can do a fantastic job!

Here's a popular thread by a fellow Warrior about his VA services which you may find useful: http://www.warriorforum.com/warrior-...g-75-week.html

I am sure that there are a lot of very honorable people on the freelance sites, but how do you know the one you pick will be, especially when you don't have a lot of time to check them out. On the other hand, Jake, who Adam recommended is pretty well known and thought of by the community. I don't know if he can do everything you need, but I am pretty sure that if he can't, that he is willing to let you train the person that would do the work for you. He is pretty accommodating, and very easy to work with. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with his company.

I've got 1 guy who's the best VA I've ever had... he probably has time to take on your stuff, but he's a little more expensive than most. Let me know if you want to talk to him.

Where I live I'm surrounded by universities and community colleges. I picked up my last two VAs at both and they both are doing great work for me. I'm also dating one of them now, so it's never a dull day at "the office".......hahahaha!
