Usually all you have to do is find a webpage that already has a timer, view the HTML source code and odds are it will be branded code telling you exactly where online you can also get the code for free.

There's payed timers but why?

You can find on fiverr coder and get it done for $5.

I use timermagic.com it works great, looks great but is not free. But it is a one time payment not a subscription. I looked a whole lot of free ones but didn't like the look of them.
