Anyone know what happened to caffeinated content author?

Hi,

I have been trying to get hold of him for over a month now, I think his name is Jason. The members section of his website isn't working and I can't get the software I paid for.

I have filled out support ticket as well as emailing. Does anyone know why he can't be reached?

    I logged into his members' area just yesterday, and got in OK, and there's even a new version available (which I've not installed yet and which I didn't hear about from him).

    So he must be around somewhere....

  • I have lost the confirmation email I got after joining and the forgot password feature on the members area doesn't work.

    I have tried searching all my emails for Kansieo but no joy. I also tried searching for e-junkie and no joy. Do you happen to know what email address the confirmation email came from? This may help me find it unless I accidentally deleted it.

    (all my email accounts are spammed out, only way to find anything is to search).

      It should be your paypal email.
  • yes, i add it to the forgot password and nothing happens. it doesnt give any message and i dont receive any email.

    Does anyone still have their confirmation email so they can tell me what email address its sent from as I don't think it was kansieo.com as I dont have any emails at all from that address.

    This is going back some time though, so don't know how useful it will be!

  • I managed to get my login details, wohoo!

    I have been contacting a few places and today just now the lost password feature started working. Perhaps someone heard my plea. Been waiting a month to download this so I am pretty happy.
