There are way too many variables to think about to give a proper answer.

I completely understand that, but in a case of a newbie we can assume that the newbie does not have an email list, and does not know anybody, and it's going to have a regular sales funnel with one OTO maybe.

If thats the case its probably going to be a dismal launch....

Think of how stupid the average person is, and realize half of them are stupider than that.

Given those variables I'd say the number is zero.

    Hey fernelis2009

    Great post.

As for newbie product launches, it's hard to give an exact number because with product launches, there are many different things at play.

The product, the sales page, the list size of the JVs, your funnel, the prices, etc.

I will say that you should not expect a "hit the lotto" type of situation. Just because a newbie launches a product doesn't mean that they will become a millionaire overnight.

It takes time to build not only your following, but to build relationships with other JVs who also have big followings as well.

As for my first product launch, I did about $700 with about 8 JVs promoting for me and this is not typical, but I'd say that a few to several hundred dollars in profit would be safe

    Hope this helps :-)

I agree with TSnyder above. I would say with no experience and no list probably zero. Sometimes you can grab some of the organic traffic from people searching for launch product name+ Review. If alot of people are participating this can be a hard method too. You can grab a domain name like productname.info for 88 cents at namecheap. You can either forward that to your affiliate link or you can get hosting and set up a wordpress blog about the subject of the product. It will take a long time for Google to notice you on this method. Another way is to make review videos on Youtube, but again if multiple people are using this method it is hard to do as a new person. I have made money with these methods but nothing significant...

    Hi there,
Last year we built a small list of 750 subscribers and sold them a nice premium course that we created. On our very first launch we sold a little over $12,000.

This was our first ever product, and our first ever launch. We sold it to our internal list only- no webinars, no ads, no JV's.

The conversion metric that floats around on the web is 2% - ie. "2% of your list will buy what you sell without much extra effort". We hit that number exactly, selling to 15 students.

    Hope this helps!

Get yourself a JV Manager in industry who's well known in the community. If they back your product, you're doing something right. If not, then ask another JV Manager. if they don't back you either - best to look over your product and funnel again.

You can find some awesome JVM's in the Warrior For Hire section too

I would say $00,000 unless you get yourself a JV Manager as Marcus said above. It doesn't just happen over night.

Your sales totally depends on not just the size of your list but the size of your JVs' list and the best way to have a hit is by creating relationships with them....but how?

    There are just two ways
    1. Get a JV manager to do the job for you.
    2. Start with affiliate marketing and promote their launch.

Affiliate marketing will not only give you a few bucks to get started but will erase that "new comer" look off your face in the IMsphere. Get close to the leaderboard even if you can't get on the leaderboard which I know isn't easy unless you have a huge list with high conversion.

With this done, you won't have just a few JVs, but A FEW MORE JVs

It’s hard to say, no one can know that exactly except you. It totally depends on you, your site, your niche, your competitors, your knowledge, your try hard and many other factors. You can earn from only $1/month to thousand $$$$ month.

You should try hard and you will get worthy. Good luck to you,

    You will make exactly $1,897,345.00

Actually what you should realise is
things rarely work out perfectly the very
first time you try them...you will need
time and experience to run a successful
    launch.

At the end of the day it all comes down to
how many sales you make. More money equals
more sales so the real question is how big
    is your market?

Due to being newbie with no list, it will be zero profit..
    Thanks

    You know that question ...

"If you have to ask, it is too expensive?"

The same applies in your case. If you're asking something like this, you need a better plan.

Revenue is based on factors like list size, JV list size, product price, affiliate commission and so on. You're mentioning NONE of this. Is your JV partner owning a 50.000 people list of hot buyers? Then expect 20 - 30% conversion. Is your JV partner using a list that has nothing to do with your product? Then expect in the low single digits.

As mentioned several times already, probably very little, or none.

I suggest you start building your list using affiliate products to start. Make some money off other people's launches. When your list and experience grow then you can think about launching your own products.
