Wanted: script or WP plugin for linking to other people's content?

I'm looking for a script or WP plugin that allows you to link to content on someone else's website (ex. article on Huffington Post) but it places a top or bottom bar for your own bonus, optin, etc.

I've seen several tools like this recently, but of course when I am ready to buy I can't find any of them

Anyone know where I can find a script or WP plugin like this?

    Can you elaborate on the top and bottom bar thing?

    If you want to do the content part, just join a publisher network like taboola and put those ad blocks on your site that promote different ad articles (and get paid for it).

    Then you can put your own "bar for your own bonus, optin, etc" or whatever you're talking about here.

      Thanks for your response RefuseToLose...

      This product (attentionmonkey.com) is pretty much what I was looking for, but I know I have seen several other products that do the same thing which is allowing you to enter the URL of a blog,site,etc. and then create notification bars, optin boxes, etc. so when a visitor goes to your custom link it displays your notification bars, optin boxes, etc.on top of the URL you entered.

      Hopefully that makes sense

      Anyone know of other options other than the one I listed above?

    You can probably check out "Jack Jacker WP plugin Gold edition" it takes and displays content from other sites, then you can put a call to action bar on the page as well.
