Profit sharing with businesses that aren't registered

Hey Warriors, I'm having a bit of a problem right now. So I secured a deal with a clinic to market their books. Thing is they only have a website but no registration as a vendor for their product in any affiliate network. Is there a way to go about affiliating their books and ensuring that every sale driven by me I get a commission?

Why are you not setting this up for them as part of your marketing deal.

      Absolutely!

Don't leave all that money sitting on the table.

definitely but how exactly would be the best way to go about it? I've checked some sites regarding profit sharing but most of them are regarding LLCs and shareholding partners. Currently im a sole proprietor while the clinic is a LLC. What kind of agreements must be set up between us for this to work exactly. That where I'm lost at.

Build a sales funnel for the book on something like ClickFunnels; sell the books and collect all the money; take your agreed upon commission off the top; then forward the order information as well as the left-over money to the clinic.

You can set it up using ClickFunnels and Stripe. Easy peasy.
