Hello,

We all know that we MUST build a list to make money on long term and have some asset. But the main problem is finding good niche.

Nowadays IM niche is very competitive and we need to find profitable and not so competing niche, but what is the best way to do it?

Can you share your ideas, advice about how to find a good niche to start building list?

Thanks

Do plain and simple research. It always worked for me. As for tool I personally prefer Market Samurai.

Everybody's got their own way of doing things that works for them, but I like checking Google Adwords planner and the Facebook Audience Insights.

Using both of those tools I figure out how much demand there is in a niche, and then if there are hungry buyers in that niche.

Aside of finding a good niche you must think what knowledge you have to offer from that niche because you must create content on your site participate in forums etc .I prefer instead a saturated niche but weher oi have some knowledge insted of unsaturated one but where i dont know nothing

For me the more competition the better. Something like the make money online or weigh loss markets for me are some of the easiest ways to build a list and make money. These markets have competition because there is a demand for service. The key is to separate yourself from the competition which is much, much easier than one might think.

One of the things to remember is, there are no non-competitive niches

If no one is in the niche--then, chances are, there is no money in it!

If there is competition there is money,

But, with that said, the catch is, how can you make people trust you enough to buy from you.

I prefer, as others have said, to enter a competitive niche--that I know something about.

This way I can speak from experience--not just from a "how can a make money" perspective.

My first major niche came from noticing something in my day job.

My second major niche came from something I started doing in 2009. Turned out it was a pretty sweet niche, and I blogged about my journey from total newbie to niche expert.

    The more competition the better.

That means there is money in the niche and it is a proven winner.

All you do then is to go out and get your slice of the pie.
