You can search YouTube actually and find a great deal of outstanding content and training for free. Also, what tool are you using to make your videos? A very inexpensive tool that you can utilize to make really good videos fairly easy is Screen Cast-O-Matic (https://screencast-o-matic.com). You can use the free version or purchase the yearly subscription and get all the pro tools. The yearly subscription is less then $20 a year! It's not hard to produce quality videos on YouTube, it just takes practice.
    Happy recording!!

Sounds like you are looking for help with editing more than production.

RampantMedia has some excellent tutorials on their YouTube channel which walk you through setting up transitions, animations, and some really nice eye-candy.

Rampant also offers a nice collection of free downloads on their website that you can use to spice up your edits (along with tutorials on using them.) I use their flash transitions and light leaks all the time to punch up an edit that's a little flat.

They mostly use editing tools like Final Cut and Premiere, but you can adapt most techniques they teach to work with any competent video editing software.

There are also lots of great video editing software out there. Videopad Video Editor is easy to use, and comes with a free trial. I have also heard that Sony Vegas Pro 13, Open Shot and Hitfilm 3 are good. If you want to monetize your videos, make sure you use royalty free music.
