wantedbythefbi.com, I bought this on an impluse a while back and cant think of anything but maybe an adult sight, but I cant do that (personal beliefs). Any suggestions?

    I am sure Amazon.com has many books on that subject you could
    offerer as an affiliate. Spice up your site with the free Amazon carousel.
    Assuming you are going to create a site showing criminals etc.
    I am glad you are not making an adult site with that domain.

      A site focused around FBI careers, training, education, etc. might be a good one. Use Amazon, as Online Bliss suggested, and perhaps also AdSense. There are also a couple FBI career related eBooks on ClickBank.

    Here are just a few search volumes for related keywords. There are many more related terms with strong search volumes.

    It looks like people like to see criminals who are wanted by the FBI. You could host their mugs and add links to products like "identity theft prevention", "background checks", etc.

    fbi careers 8,100
    fbi jobs 74,000

    Dan's idea is great also, and you could add information about FBI Jobs and Careers on a separate page.
