Check your PayPal balance. I am one of 4,000 (according to PayPal) whose balance is not reflecting payments. Call and complain.

Didn't take long for a spammer to show up....did it?

In 2016 paypal reported 192 million active accts - if there's a problem, they fix it. If the tech problem is significant they post it on their alert page. This one was not posted - either small number affected or the problem was quickly corrected.

If paypal acknowledged there is a problem - calling to complain doesn't change anything.
