Best Way To Get Outsourcers?

Hello,

I"m interested in getting people from the Philippines, India, etc. to outsource my work to.

What's the best place to go to get people like this?

I see a lot of offers out there an don't want to waste my money on something.

    Fiverr can help you on a grand scale. All you need is to contact sellers and check professional samples before placing the order. If someone truly transcends your expectations, offer them some package. Rather than contacting established sellers, contact new sellers as they need work and can agree on your package as well.

    Fiverr, Upwork, and Freelancer are all good starts. They'll vary in value depending on what it is you're looking to outsource. The more basic tasks should be done with Fiverr and the higher end, more complex work should go to establish people on the other sites. The talent pool is pretty extraordinary, PhD's, engineers, etc.

    If you want to get quality filipino..

    Go with onlinejobs.ph
    for small tasks go with fiverr/peopleperhour and some small time sites.

    If you want to go long term. Contact a bpo agency to outsource everything and to ensure that you have safety and full control of your VA.

    But then again this is just my opinion since I used them and others may have different opinions.

    Can also try going to Philippines forums and classifieds to post your requirements.
