Hi,

So I've been doing gambling CPA deals and I'm doing minimum of £5000+ a month, and two months I've broke £13,000. However, thats all well and good and I genuinely am grateful.

However... due to the nature of the users (some sites I own explain mathematically the best ways to play a game, loopholes etc) - so the deals I am getting are very short lived, even though they're very lucrative. For example I had about £30,000+ deposited in one month for one operator, and they earned their deposits back and £44,000+ in profits (obviously thats over a fair few players and some players did lose - but the people losing isn't enough to justify the casinos keeping deals with me). I'v started to turn affiliate links off, so I'm not bombarding them with tons of 'clever' gamblers, and only sending a limited number of players I can control (I'm obviously losing cash from this, but feel its a bit of a safety measure).

It's becoming stressful if the casinos will pay me each month due to these type of players. Feb I was burnt for £7k but still managed to make over £5k (from other brands) for that month so it wasn't too bad.

I'm looking at more stable ways I can make money in the gambling niche, I've invested some cash in to making a legit gambling review site to attract less savvy gamblers, and a web app for the casino players to manage their stuff (but the latter attracts the same type of players, but was thinking of adding a paying structure). I've also tried Facebook ads to target the less savvy gamblers, I had a lot of clicks but not much of a return.

What would you suggest? keep at it and take the stress for a bit and make as much as possible or start exploring other avenues to keep a more steady cash flow from my expertise?

I am curious which loopholes you are referring to? If it is bonuses and how to beat them, I figure you are indeed attracting a difficult group of players. However, the bonus terms of most reputable casinos these days are so detailed that it is difficult to still make a decent profit in many cases.

Yeah it's mainly bonuses, exploiting dangerously low wagering requirements someone in the marketing team hasn't thought through properly haha... One of the biggest UK online casinos was the ones that failed to pay in Feb - although they had already paid out quite a bit prior, so I'm not to upset about it.

Problem is, the casinos don't get a ROI from this (obviously) - which leaves me fire fighting getting new deals, not getting paid etc... I'm ideally looking for other ways to use my knowledge and contacts to still make a decent income from legit players.

Rev share isn't a possibility for me because I'll be minus thousands each month in negative revenue haha

I am surprised the CPA deals are still working for you so well. You must be telling the operators quite some interesting stories about your traffic sources before signing up. Obviously this may end up in trouble for you receiving payments. However, if the bonus players can all be referred to your affiliate account and a casino decides not to stand for their mistakes, this could also end up in the customer balances getting frozen as well.

You obviously are quite experienced with casinos and know where to find traffic, so I do not see a reason not to establish a project that can be more profitable in the long run.

To be honest, I'm usually upfront to the casinos and tell them my players are usually savvy players looking to make a profit - they seem to take this with a pinch of salt it seems, and don't believe me too much. Everything I do is within their terms and conditions - but luckily the affiliate managers are more interested in getting numbers, and high deposits, which I can provide (just not a positive revenue).

lol. Many affiliate managers do not have a clue about the gaming part of their business and will be glad to take any customer, as you say. I am sure your tips are in accordance to all terms, but I am honestly surprised some AM's are still so naive nowadays.

Have you considered trying non-casino affiliate programs?

Have tried other niches but not having much success compared to the money I have been making. in the gambling niche I went from 0 - £10k+ within 2 months. I've started doing ebay/amazon to try and have a second income stream but its a slow game

Revenue from casino and gambling related websites is quite stressful and not longterm. I think it could be better if you diversify your income stream to other mediums and niches

Target CPA is an AdWords Smart Bidding strategy that sets bids to help get as many conversions as possible at the target cost-per-acquisition (CPA) you set. It uses advanced machine learning to automatically optimize bids and offers auction-time bidding capabilities that tailor bids for each and every auction. Target CPA is available as either a standard strategy in a single campaign or as a portfolio strategy across multiple campaigns and ad groups.

Why not charge for a monthly newsletter or LIVE feed of you winning and the strategies you are using?

It sounds like you have an audience that likes what you have and seems like you'd be making more charging for information VS dealing with not getting paid for recruiting players for online casinos.

Reed, I think you're right - it's something that I've been working on with my app I am building and maybe I could display a feed of offers for a small price or something. Thanks

@Reed Floren I figure this would not work so well because gambling is still a game of chance and it would not be possible to guarantee a profit. The same also goes for a live feed... because even though bushell86 might be in advantage over the house through his methods, there is always a chance he still loses his deposits.

Actually with one method, I placed £100 in they gave £200 and I could do £10 spins... meaning I only need to get 5/20 correct to break even (sticking to the same colour is the method I used). I did some live streams and went well, I got some customers - but these probably aren't the customers they want ha
