Hi, my target group are 200.000 people. I earn 1,9k (2 months) (Selling ober facebook T-Shirts), but now over one week i make only 10 sells. Is the target group saturated ? Should i make a break and then after one month attack ? some other advices ? i wish all a nice day

Why don't you expand your product line? If you can make t-shirts, can you also make custom statement canvas bags or purses? Also, it's sometimes best to go for Facebook paid ads to promote your business.

    Good luck!

It could be that your market is saturated. Isn't it better if you offer discounts to your t-shirts? It would also help if you make your offer attractive when clients buy in bulk, or if you sell other custom-made stuff such as bags, wallets, jackets, etc.

It's absolutely impossibe to give you an answer that will mean
anything based on the information you provided.

How have you promoted it? Fan page? Paid advertising?
What's an "ober facebook T-shirt"? You say nothing about
the target market you selected... demographics?

Others will give you speculative answers but without knowing
more about what you've done there's really no way to help you.

Are you funneling potential customers from other platforms (Pinterest, Instagram, etc.) to your Facebook page? I find a lot of my funny t-shirts on websites on Instagram and purchase on other websites like eBay, Facebook, or company website. Good luck!

I have had experience doing Teespring a couple years back. It can be a tough cookie. About 4 out of 5 campaigns are usually negative. And it's that 5th one where you hit it out of the park.

At least that's the way it was for me and also others around me who had success with it.

It's tough to stay motivated in the game when you have 4 or 5 losers in a row. But it's like the stock market. Cut your losses short and let your winners run BIG league

It looks like you're limiting your exposure. I live in a small community of less than 20,000 people. Putting a sign in front of your store results in limited visibility. I consulted a few businesses and advised them to begin posting to a local group that had over 12,000 members. That's 60% of the community population. Find groups on Facebook that might be an avenue for your product. Add instagram and actively post. Ask your current customers to share your page or post to their timeline. Offer them an incentive to buy again. There are plenty of ways to increase your exposure.

Try advertising in other platforms, such as Instagram for ex.
    Could change your numbers dramatically.
Also, try and create different types of shirts, and see if others can also bring you good results.
    Good luck!

Why not start a new design of tshirts?

    ^ what Chris said.

Also tie it together with a limited edition run maybe? TeeFury does daily shirt designs that once they're gone - that's it, can't order again.

    Hey Justus,

Besides T-shirts, do you have anything else to offer?

Like video games and computer accessories?

Because if you are selling the same stuff like most people - especially seasonal items, chances are people will get tired since they are seeing ads on those every single day.

Which resulted in what I call - ad blindness.

That means seeing the same ads all the time and not taking any action to click as a result.

For me, besides Facebook ads, I focused on classified ads as well.

Sites like Adpost, Adlandpro, Backpage, Craiglist, Gumtree and USA Free Ads.

Not only are they more affordable, they are also a great testing ground to see if my ad really converts before I even try Facebook.

You might also want to do Facebook search to see if there are any fanpages or groups related to what you sell.

Then, find out what people are really talking about.

As in what are their needs and wants right now?

    Hope this answers your question.

There are so many things you can do. Hopefully you are building your pixel so you can create retargeting campaigns, look alike campaigns, and engagement audience campaigns. Have you looked at your data? Do you know what ages and gender are your buyers? Have you tried different targeting groups like magazines, forums, associations etc? Have you tried different ad types like website conversion, ppe, mobile only, desktop only, instagram etc? Are you scaling? This business is very complex if you really want to make it work you have to test, test, test.

Target bulk orders like companies or stores etc. Engage and respond to your audience, and also give them a choice to design their tshirts if they want to. Be a one-stop-onlineshop, be creative, come up with new crazy ideas and captivating designs and try to be unique and real. Find out whats trending out there and make your own additions or changes. Do extensive marketing, create awareness and make yourself known. your client list will definitely grow.

In your Facebook Ads account, What is the numbers next to FRENQUENCY? 1.10? 1.20? 2? If it is too high, it means everybody in your target market saw your ad too often.

I surely go with other's opinions that to enhance your online Facebook marketing with their adds. One thing I want to recommend you is that, you should do blog commenting as well on respective sites which not only raise your website ranking as well as people outside Facebook can also reach to your products.
