    What aboug guest blogging?
Find 15 blogs in your niche, and get in touch with the authors.
Ask them to publish your article with a backlink to your website.

I agree with Alex. The best option for this situation could be guest posting to build backlinks.

Find the High DA & PA websites, ask them a favour of guest blooging and in return get a backlink

350 words is hardly an article. You'll only get backlinks if your articles are published, so you need to research what content is popular in your niche, and what the sites you're targeting are currently publishing. But I'd be surprised if any of them would consider a third-party article of under 1,500 words unless the content was stellar or at least highly unusual.

Before you move on to building backlinks using your articles, I think it would be best if you lengthen your articles to at least around 700-1000 words. Then, you can have them up for guest posting as a means to build links.

What other people are saying is correct -- most people won't want to post a guest post on their blog that only has 350 words.

However, you can certainly pay someone on Fiverr or SEOClerks to do it for just $5. These people would willing to post an article on their blog, even if it isn't the highest quality.

Of course, you need to make sure that the site they're posting it on is high-quality. I use Moz Open Site Explorer to check sites. Better to stick with a site that has a DA of 20 or more and doesn't have too many spam flags.

Also, make sure that the site is active and has posts consistently. Watch out for PBNs and sites that are there just for backlinks.

      .
Not necessarily. It depends on the niche. Some niches are quite well-known for short blurbs of content.

I wouldn't do that. I wouldn't like to find information for myself to use that was created for strong backlinks & not for myself.

You can buy expired domains with nice RD/DA/TF scores and load up that content for the 'revived' blogs based on the expired domains.

Either expand on the 350 words or take the 15 articles and turn them into a big post that people would actually want to link to.

I think 350 words per each article is not enough to get strong backlink. You should write 700- 1000 words for each article. And then use guest post to get backlink.

Pursuant to the canard that short articles are not worthy of high rankings on Google, I recommend this article from Copyhackers and this one from CognitiveSEO...

The most common thing I hear from my friends who work here in Silicon Valley is that if you want to get an article to rank, it needs to be relevant, it needs to have some relevant links both incoming and outgoing, it needs to be interesting, and it needs to somewhere between 700 and 1200 words in length. Anything less is considered to not have enough content. Anything more should be split up and put on separate pages.
