Should I post articles on my website to promote cpa offers ?

Hi guys
i'm a newbie in cpa marketing and i know some basics to start working as a cpa publisher
what i learned is : 1 -i have to join to a cpa network
2- create a website with paid hosting
3 - start promoting cpa offers by usign landing pages
and what i want to know is : should i post articles about my niche or just make a landing pages and promote it by ppc or ppv .....etc

Yes, do both. But you don't need to have websites & landing pages, why don't you cut your teeth by driving traffic to direct offers. When you get used to getting correct keywords and getting a positive ROI, then you can put in extra layers and more advanced techniques. Don't forget a tracker the most important tool, I personally use "Clickmagic" as it is self hosting with a bundle of advanced features.

  Nope, You need only your referral link so you can send traffic directly to the advertiser. You need a site if you want to:
  1. Get more traffic from search engines (so you should promote your site with the aid of seo). In this case it's better to create different types of articles - one for getting more traffic from Search, another for converting people into clients, etc.
  2. Get full control of the traffic aquisition process (you can obtain traffic from seo, ppc ads, social networks, forums, emails, etc)
  3. Create own landing pages with the aim of increasing overall conversion rate for affiliate products.

  I guess you need to learn the mechanics before you can start making money. Start and the beginning. just go to google and youtube and search for info such as "how to set up a wordpress site" "How to make a landing page in wordpress" or whatever else you want to learn
  
  Also, go to aweber and watch all their how to videos for setting up, building, and maintaining a email list.
  
  You are putting the cart before the horse and you need to learn these basics first
