Why? just hire someone to write your email sequence, plug it into your autoresponder and you are good to go.

If you hire someone you will be paying for the autoresponder, the writing of the emails, then a percentage of your profit on top of it. Something as simple as email marketing should be kept in house.

I am assuming here that you want a virtual assistant to write 300+ personal emails (or personalize a template) and then send them out via your account.

You can definitely get someone to do this on Upwork or Freelancer (this sites owner). My advice is to be very explicit and clear as to what you want them to do. Personally, I would create a video of me doing the entire process on one email while I explained exactly what I was doing and any nuances to my actions. Then when I was ready to hire someone I'd use this as a training video to send them.

If that person doesn't work out for some reason you have a video ready to go for to train the next person - time saver in the long run.

Post a description of your job on the above mentioned sites and look for a good candidate. You should be able to negotiate a good rate.

I use freelancer and onlinejobs for outsourcing workers. Just be sure to explain the specifics to your worker and give him/her ample time to learn everything.

A VA can do that for around $50

    Probably takes about 3 days

300 is on the low side

I've had outreach campaigns involving over 500 items done for less but most VAs would probably charge $50

Stay clear of high priced VAs that would charge 3 times and produce half the results.

I have been using the Upwork since 2011 while its name was odesk. Beside the Upwork I have been using the Fiverr also, You can get a freelancer at a really cheap rate. 300 Emails may cost $15 + Site service charge. Thanks for your interest.

    a VA can do that,

but you gotta kiss a lot of frogs to find a prince with these. Trust me.

I outsource alot. So do not think you will have to spend hours to find the right one. The key is to educate.
