You can try 'switchboardfree.co.uk', not sure if they do 'receive text messages', I've used them in the past.

  +1 for SwitchboardFREE - Free Call Management - Virtual Phone Numbers I've used them a number of times for 0844 numbers that transfer to a mobile device. If you want a more professional number maybe invest in an 0800.
