Need your creative ideas

I have a senior market that I sell show tickets on a 8 month schedule of acts to and would like some ideas on how to get them to purchase another ticket along with their initial purchase to the shows. The clientele is literally dying off. The average age is 75.

Have you tried asking if they would like to bring a friend, carer or partner?

Have you got and offer in place where there i a cheaper price for two or more tickets?

    Best regards,

Encourage them to buy tickets as presents for friends. "A Present for someone who has all the Stuff they need. Give them a fun experience instead."

Do you offer any type of loyalty program. Buy 6 tickets get one free?

I really like that idea Rose. : ) I would consider testing something like ... "And bring one of your Friends for free."

[Edit] Sorry I didn't read the OP close enough. (Lol.) How about something like: " ... Buy another ticket for one of your Friends and bring another friend for Free."

      HTH.

I would offer them a discount if they buy their next ticket at the same time. Giving them as gifts and bringing a friend are also good ideas.

I have implemented a loyalty program with buy one get one and buy so many and get one. Bring a friend. I am just needing some fresh ideas.

Your list will indeed "die off" unless you keep updating it with "newly old" folks to replace those leaving feet first. Proof that every niche has its "issues".

Do you target city/county senior citizen centers? Senior groups at universities, ads targeting new retirees?

You may be able to get more ideas of other groups to target by looking through the AARP magazine/site.

As you research out other associations that cater to active seniors, see if you can create any joint partnerships. This would work especially well if you have your own list of buyers that you can promote partners complementary business to and/or bundle your offer with theirs.

Some vouchers could work, gift cards etc? Or maybe speak to one of your customers what would they enjoy most? How they think you could improve your services?

Thank you to ll that have responded with all the great ideas.

I will be implementing many of those ideas that were suggested.

It's a tough nut to crack being the theater is rural and the customer is uber elderly.

Big Corps find it too small while the local already have their monies spent on other things like health care field.

I even tried going to a couple pharmacy's wit my list. They weren't interested being so rural they already had them as a customer.

Just looking for more ways to upsell.

Thank you again for the great ideas!

Maybe give a discount to those in need of care so that their carers can go with them.
