Is this illegal?

Hello Guys,

I'm new to marketing, sales ,etc.

I want to ask something.

1.Is it illegal If you find stuffs on internet (from aliexpress for example) and sell them on my own price through website, fb page or clickfunnels like drop shipping?

I mean, Do I need a permission from the seller that I'm selling his stuff?
In my eyes, It looks okay since He wins and I win. But I don't know.

And Do I break any sales Law or something and how should I proceed?

2. I can ask you same thing about drop shipping. What are the Laws there, I read something about TaxID, VAT ,but I don't know what it is.

I would appreciate any answer about this.

    No. That is not illegal. You can just dropship the item straight from Aliexpress to the customer. Just be aware of the shipping costs and time it will take to get to the customer...

    You need to research your local laws on your own. Laws, especially tax laws, are very tricky. you need advice from a tax or legal professional.

    I dropship only unbranded products from aliexpress.

    Or authentic branded products.

    Be careful dropshipping products with big brand names like Rolex, Casio, professional sports team gear...

    The 'oberlo chrome extension' is handy for identifying if ePacket available (good for when dropshipping to US) and the shipping cost when browsing products on AliExpress

    AS people here answered, it's not illegal, but you better be careful with your choices and avoid branded products, etc.
    You should also do a great deal of research about your suppliers, their reliability, products, how long they are in business and so on before you start.

    It is not illegal in the U.S. You can create a site or post an ad on FB and have AliExpress ship the product directly to your customer. In fact, you can find courses that teach you how to do it at Warrior Plus and JVZoo.
