I saw the ad on TV last night for the site: buyebooks.tv. Are a ton of people really buying? I mean really. It seems that these people would have a lot of overhead to be running TV spots for an eight book package for $19.95. Am I missing something here? Is it all about upsell like the Don Lapre mentality from the 90s?
In the meantime, my wife asked during the ad: "Why didn't you invent MySpace?" ... Sigh.
