Favorite Native Networks?

Hey everyone,

Brand new member on Warrior Forum. I'm just wondering what everyone's favorite Native network is, and why. I've been Media Buying for 3+ years, and used to love Gravity until AOL bought them. I also have experience with everyone from Taboola, Outbrain, to PowerInbox and more.

Just wondering what everyone else likes.

I'm doing a lot of volume on Revcontent.

But like any native ad traffic source you gotta really track and screen for bots...

I know a lot of people that like RevContent, but the company I used to work for didn't let us buy on them for whatever reason.

PowerInbox is nice because it's in-email so it seems like there are less bots to worry about.

I've definitely see bot issues with Taboola and others before though.

It all depends on your ad serving goals.

DoubleClick for Publishers is good if you're looking for a cheaper option. Ad server free up to 90M impressions. You can access their native ad demand. However, there are those who complain that they give priority to Google demand over other traffic sources.
Sharethrough is good if you're looking for native ad demand. You can integrate with their native ad exchange.
Adzerk lets you manage native direct deals, in-house content, and RTB traffic. It's a cloud API platform that allows you to build your own native ad server. These can be customized any way you like. You can create the logic around what ads show first and when. There's a host of other features that you may want to look into. Hope that helps.

      Hi Latinrage,

I hear you with DFP, and agree it's a cheaper option.

I guess my question was meant to be more around "What is your favorite native ad network, specifically you?" Maybe you can go into detail about why you like Adzerk, or a successful large campaign you had.

I personally loved Gravity the most and haven't seen performance like that on a web native network since. Their inventory was on excellent sites like AOL properties, Forbes, etc. Also, their technology and recommendation was amazing.
