IM Hungry Entrepreneur Who Has Made THOUSANDS Offline Seeks IM Mentor In Exchange For Hard Work!

Hello,

My name is Ty Maier. I am eighteen years old and reside right outside of Savannah, GA. I am a very hard and persistent worker. I have already (by my age) made tens of thousands of dollars (while never having a job) in various offline pursuits (Real Estate, Stocks, Buying and Selling). I have been in Internet Marketing for a little over three years now and have not made very much money.

I see HUGE potential to make money in Internet Marketing. I have poured several hundred hours of my life, if not thousands, into learning aspects of IM. I have read, worked, and tested like a hog, only to fail time after time. I believe what I am missing is a mentor. So I have a proposition for all of you successful warriors!

I would like to build your next money making website for you! I will do all of the work. I just need to be told and guided as to what I need to do. In exchange for doing all of the rigorous work I would like to earn 20% of the profits created via this future website. You supply the guidance and I supply hard diligent work, an entrepreneurial spirit that has generated thousands offline by my age, and most important, my integrity.

I am very hungry for a slice of the IM market. I just need guidance.

Please go ahead and ask me anything. I would be honored to have an opportunity like this one! Thank you for your time.

With Integrity,
Ty Maier

    Hmm, I don't get it.

If I am savvy enough to be a mentor, then it stands to reason I could outsource and/or build my own sites and not share any revenues.

If you have the ability to make thousands, then why not use your money to just pay for a mentor of your choosing?

We must have been typing at the same time.

I really need to get up to speed on that.

I love your idea and dedication, I'm currently 17 myself and I believe I have done more towards my future than most teenagers do. For people like us it is hard to relate with out peers because of our differing interests. As a result it is nice to see a post from someone around my age who is interested in the same things. Unfortunately I am not in a position to mentor your or anybody on the aspects of IM. I do know quite a bit about the basics as well as how to break into it and stuff like that, however I would not call my self a guru or any where near that of a guru. I hope this isn't considered spam I just wanted to say good luck to you in finding you mentor and in your future monetary endeavors. And if you have questions about IM I may be able to help you. Currently I am starting a membership site with my cousin which will become my main source of income once it takes off and we scale up. So once again, I wish you the best of luck.

This may seem like a silly question but, if you've made tens of thousands offline, why not just pay someone to mentor you?

To be honest with you the thought of "paying" someone to mentor me has never crossed my mind. I have mentors that I built relationships with for 4-5 different niches of my business life. I have never payed them a dime. But I have worked beside them and helped them make money before. So my natural thought was to do what I stated above, not pay them a fee. Maybe I am asking for too much?

I haven't ever invested in an IM mentor. But I have invested $6-7K into learning IM.

Ok if what you say is correct then you already have the business mindset so don't loose that or think that business online is any different as it isn't!

However mentor wise you have friends and then you have mentors!

I personally help one person only who helps me out with feedback on all my products and who i helped got started and we banter and keep each other focused constantly. I do it for free as they are a nice person!

But then that was pure chance... nothing more!

Now if i was looking for a mentor then i would invest in one, simply so they could dedicate alot of time to me.

Teaching someone is hard and there is never any guarantee that you will actually work or do as you are instructed. Plus once you have learnt enough you want to go off and make your own way, which is great but leaves the site that you setup for the mentor in the ****.

I can think of 2 possible ways you could overcome all this.

1). Start running services for people and learn how they want things done... listen... take notes and do it... if you have questions then ask them and when you are doing something for them then they are more likely to answer your questions too!

2). Pay for someone... either monthly, weekly or based on a sliding scale depending on how much you want to earn and a time frame.

Hope this helps even if only a little.

        Was this on adspend? ebooks?

Eventually one needs to stop spending and just start doing.

Were your investments in programs to try? Did you see them to completion?

Conferences, lots of books i read, this, that, and i put almost everything into action and completion. I follow through. I have made about $6,500 over three years but $5,000 of that came from one site of the period of two months and I have not been able to replicate that again.
