Is anyone interested in chinese food and cooking?

Hi Warriors,

I'm planning to create a video ebook about Chinese food and cooking, I just want to know if you have any advice on it and if the niche is profitable. Any comments will be appreciated.

    Hey Tom:

    Have you done the market research for it?

    If not, zip on over to BN.com and see if there are books on the topic. Also, look to see if there are magazines on the subject. If so, there must be a market.

    You can also use any one of the free Wordtracker tools and see how often searches are performed on the topic.

    Asking people here is only going to get a small sample... so I'd suggest you do the research yourself.
